Brandied Egg Sour
2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 Egg
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, crack the egg and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
